Brian's Free Software Downloads

These are my favorite free software programs available on the internet. I own the full versions to all of them and they are really great. If you try any of these programs and would like the get the full version free, just email me. I can probably show you how to find them.

AOL Instant Messenger: a must have for people without AOL (I'm BriGuy54)
Paint Shop Pro 5: This is simply the best free graphic creation software available. You can create animated and transparent graphics.
1 Cool Button Tool - New Version 4!: This program is extremely cool and is what I used to create my java buttons on my main page. You can download a trial version for free, but if you really like it and want the full version, just tell me.
Xara 3D: This is the program I use to create 3D text. There is a free trial version available, so try it out.
Cute FTP: I recommend that everyone get this program. If you have ever wondered what's going on when you get a "Server returned extended information" error, this program has the answer. It is free (if you have any problems with the unregistered version, just tell me). This program lets you connect to all the FTP sites (sites that transfer only software, games, mp3 music files, etc--no text and images like this web page). It is very simple to use, you just type in the FTP address. You can get almost any software out there with this program. Have fun.
Get Right: Have you ever got disconnected while downloading something? This can make you really mad especially if you're downloading a big file. I just found this nifty program the other day. It keeps track of your downloads and lets you reconnect with the click of a button, while not losing any of the data you have partially downloaded.
WinZip: This program is a must if you are downloading files from the internet. It unzips .zip files.
WinRAR: This is also a needed program to download some files, like the ones that end in .rar and .r--
Web Position: This is a really good program that checks your postion in all the top search engines. It is constantly updated with all the latest technique to get a better position.
Microsoft Internet Explorer: Get the best browser now!
Real Player: This is a necessary program for downloading some video files.
Direct X Drivers: Many new programs and games now require these free drivers to make the software run as best as possible.
Netscape Navigator: Sure, you can use the other guys' browser, but my site and some others won't look as good.

Hot Files: This site has just about every program there is to download. It's part of ZDnet and I recommend checking it out if your looking for downloads.
Filez.com: A great software and file resource. You can search for just about any program or file and find it.
